Gizmo's is a local inflatable bounce house rental service in RALEIGH NC and we value family with a true passion for child development. Gizmo, our puppy and mascot, is an especially therapeutic character. Gizmo is child friendly and available to attend your child's next special event at your request. We take pride in being affordable and will price match any competitors final price quote! We are fully insured for general liability coverage. We are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. In reserving your bounce house you will be required to sign a rental agreement that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental. As a new business our goal is to gain exposure and make inflatable fun a more common form of child friendly entertainment here in the Triangle. Please let us contribute to your family's next memorable event!!!

Since weather is often unpredictable we are a little more easy-going if you cancel because of inclement weather. You can cancel your reservation due to inclement weather up to 8am on the day of the event with no penalty. We will call you in the morning to discuss the weather. We will not deliver your bounce house unless we hear from you. If you cancel due to inclement weather we will retain your deposit and apply it to an event within the next 12 months. If you do not reschedule your event within 12 months your deposit if forfeited.
*Inclement Weather *-
As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we reserve the right to cancel your order. If the forecast is uncertain and it may, or may not, rain then we will contact you to discuss your options. Please understand that if there is rain in the forecast and you still want the bounce house, we will only set up on concrete/asphalt (no grass, dirt, bark, rocks, etc). If the bounce house is wet at the time of pick-up, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to cover the additional time to clean and dry out the bounce house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the bounce house is muddy or excessively dirty. Once we arrive on-site we are unable to provide a refund, raincheck or credit.
